Brigitte Lueger-Schuster

Assistant Professor at the Institute of Applied Psychology: Health, Development, Funding of the University of Vienna. She researches and teaches in the areas of psychotraumatology, emergency psychology, crisis intervention and human rights. She has written numerous studies, reports and publications on these topics. She is also a member of various international societies for human rights and psychotraumatology and is an immediate past president of the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ESTSS). Since 2008, she has also been a member of the research platform "Human Rights in the European Context".
