Brigitta Pallauf
Brigitte Pallauf (born November 26, 1960 in Schwanenstadt, Upper Austria) is the President of the Salzburg Landtag. The trained lawyer and ÖVP politician held this position in the past legislative period from June 2013. Since June 2018, she has been working again in the same function. Born in Upper Austria, she came to Salzburg in 1979 to study law at the University of Salzburg. Pallauf is also a specialist in European law and a mediator trained since 2000. Brigitte Pallauf has always attached great importance to social commitment: currently she is in the Financial Advisory Council of the Hospice Movement Salzburg and as Vice President of the Salzburg Hilfswerk, to mention just a few.
